Meet the founder
I’m Kelvan Ince, a software engineer with over a decade of experience building production systems, including platforms used by the New York Stock Exchange. I work directly with teams to design and deploy practical agentic solutions that reduce admin burden, improve operational clarity, and support better daily decisions.

Why we built Flash
Health systems invest enormous time, money, and energy into hiring great clinicians only to lose sight of their wellbeing shortly after onboarding. The result is predictable: burnout rises, engagement drops, and the cost of replacing a single employee can exceed their salary several times over.
We built Flash to change this. Our goal is to give every care organization the operational clarity and intelligence needed to support their people, prevent avoidable turnover, and keep teams healthy, happy, and performing at their best.
